Our mission is to provide current technical expertise to our clients. Feel free to browse the information contained here for tips and tricks that could assist in solving your problems!

For those of you with Windows machines older than XP, there is a big issue this March - Daylight Savings Time! Microsoft wants $3000 for patches, or you can purchase an admin tool like IntelliAdmin, but there is a simple GUI tool from Microsoft that will permit updating any timezone on a W2K or newer machine:

Time Zone Editor

Simple executable & help file (no install requierd).
The only downside: it only edits one Time Zone at a time.

To support in this effort, and to better support the Open Source projects to which we subscribe, we sponsor a number of WiKi topics (publically accessible pages) on a number of subjects:

In addition to the online knowledge repositories, we also provide Commecial (fee) Support services:

Commercial Support Services

Now that the job is done, there is a very important issue that often is neglected - SUPPORT! One of our primary missions is to support our clients, and we also attempt to provide other interesting and useful information pertinent to current technology issues (and, hopefully, answers).

Email Support

We check for Email messages constantly, even if our primary technical personnel are on-site! This is the best medium for questions that might require additional information, as well as the easiest way for us to provide you with more resources, data, and answers.

Telephone Support

Our automated attendant/voice mail system answers all calls, and Technical Support is option 2. If this is an issue for which an immediate response is requested, be sure to select option 3, in case all of our Engineers are busy, which will automatically connect to our nationwide paging system.

Onsite Support

Available upon prior arrangement.
